Account Executive - L&D, EdTech, HRTech

London (flexible working with 2 days in the office)

65-80k Base, k OTE + Great Benefits
This fast-growing company is taking eLearning to another level. Through its scalable learning experience platform, this exciting company allows users to create, manage and measure their learning development.

Data-driven and heavy on analytics, their platform is driving education across multiple sectors and services and continues to grow at a phenomenal rate.

To meet expectations, they now have an exciting opening in London for an experienced Account Executive


As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Build awareness and drive pipelines and revenue
  • Generate net new business in a scalable, predictable, and transparent manner
  • Target either midmarket or enterpriselevel accounts (AoV's of 25100k)
  • Receive SDR support to supplement your activity
  • Manage endtoend sales cycles of 39 months
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive effective strategies

Account Executive applicants will demonstrate the following skills, traits, and experience:

  • Degree level education
  • 35 years B2B SaaS, L&D, EdTech or HRtech sales experience
  • Midmarket or Enterprise exposure
  • Collaborative
  • Highly driven
  • Excellent communication and presentation
  • Analytical and attentive

The successful Account Executive can expect:

  • A base salary circa 65-80k
  • Uncapped OTE of k
