    Main duties of the job

    The postholder will have specific responsibility for the management of target cancer pathway Radiology referrals. This involves working closely with modality leads and booking teams and liaising with clinicians, speciality Cancer Pathway navigators and members of the Multi-disciplinary Teams (MDT) throughout the Trust

    The role will involve ensuring patients are booked according to the appropriate target pathway; escalating issues before breeching of any target occurs and highlighting any potential delays which may affect timely patient treatment.
