- Lead and Project Manage EIA and non-EIA projects
- Author and/or review chapters and reports
- Lead team and client meetings, briefings and communications; regulatory consultation; technical research and reporting
- Prepare scopes of work and costs for input to fee proposals; draft and review fee proposals; manage financials of projects.
- Assist in the delivery of other related environmental assessments
- Contributing to business development
- Mentor and line manage staff

- 7+ years experience in EIA, with solid EIA Project Management experience
- A degree level qualification in a relevant subject and professional membership
- Solid understanding and experience of the UK planning system and EIA regulations across multiple sectors
- Excellent report writing and reviewing skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Experience with ArcGIS and/or QGIS would also be desirable

Description
We are currently seeking highly experienced EIA Consultants who are passionate about the transition to net zero, to join a fantastic sustainability consultancy as a Principal or Associate Director.
About the job:
You'll be working for a great organisation that pride themselves on an excellent working culture, inclusivity and flexibility alongside a strong reputation for technical excellence, and work across range of sectors including renewables, urban development, infrastructure, industrial & manufacturing, and energy transition.
You'll ideally be based in London or surrounding area (South East), and will have the option to WFH or on a hybrid basis. There will be elements of travel involved in this role for meetings, events, projects and site work, potentially including international travel.
