SLG Recruitment is recruiting exclusively for an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO of an international company for a 6-month contract based in the city centre.
Supporting the CEO will be the main focus of this role and I am looking for an Executive Assistant who is up for the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and has a skill set that includes C-Suite meeting coordination, extensive diary management, and complex international travel organisation.
This will be a hybrid role based in Edinburgh, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Duties Include
- Extensive Diary management for the CEO
- Coordinating board/highprofile meetings and meeting materials
- Organisingextensive international travel
- Liaising with the senior leadership team and managing stakeholder correspondence
- Responsible for organising meetings across the company
- Production of management information reports
Key Skills Include
- Experience supporting at CEO/Board level
- Extensive diary management experience
- International travel coordination
- Accustomed to liaising with senior stakeholders
- MS Office-Suite
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Highly organised

£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
