We are on the lookout for a creative and talented Sous Chef, to join our foodie family on a full-time basis. We care about your life outside of the kitchen and a 39 hour week really is a 39 hour week - there are absolutely no split shifts. Our award-winning spa delivers exceptional cuisine to roughly 200 guests per day so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food You will work alongside the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes Duties will also include:

Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks

Cooking and preparing high quality dishes

Assisting the Exec Head Chef & Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes

Supervising all kitchen sections

Supervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels

Being responsible for health and safety

Being responsible for food hygiene practices

Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created

Assisting with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering

Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
