About Our Client:

Our client is a respected entity within the property industry, headquartered in Sheffield. With hundreds of employees worldwide, they are renowned for their high-quality work and commitment to innovation.

  • Manage and process rebate invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve any rebate queries
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly rebate reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve rebate administration processes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
  • Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Rebate Accounts Administrator should have:

  • A strong academic background in finance, business, or a related field
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience using financial software is a plus
