About Our Client:
Our client is a respected entity within the property industry, headquartered in Sheffield. With hundreds of employees worldwide, they are renowned for their high-quality work and commitment to innovation.
- Manage and process rebate invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve any rebate queries
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers
- Assist in the preparation of monthly rebate reports
- Identify opportunities to improve rebate administration processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Rebate Accounts Administrator should have:
- A strong academic background in finance, business, or a related field
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using financial software is a plus
