- £29,000 per annum and £41.60 per sleep-in

We're looking for an exceptional person to join us in the first of ten new Children's Homes in partnership with Homes2inspire Limited, Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Somerset County Council.

The Senior Residential Youth Support Worker will be responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring and supervision of staff, in a professional and competent manner.

You will supervise and coach Residential Youth Support Workers and Waking Night Support Workers, ensuring that their performance and potential is maximised.

You will be a motivating and resilient person, with the ability to coach and bring the best out of your team.

What you'll bring

An enthusiasm to work for a top ten residential children's homes provider, Homes2Inspire, which is part of one of the UK's largest charities, Shaw Trust.

Minimum of 12 months recent experience working in a Registered Children's Home setting

Full UK Driving Licence

Enhanced DBS on the update service.

About the partnership

Homes2inspire Limited, Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Somerset County Council have formed a unique partnership to offer homes and support for children and young people within Somerset who have experienced significant trauma and difficulties in their lives.

We are creating a different sort of home and care for children and young people which offers them flexibility and support from a full range of people that can help them.

This home is part of a wider service we are developing together including, more children's homes, high needs foster carers, CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services) intensive treatment houses and therapeutic education.
