_Vibrance coordinates the LinkMeUp Personal Assistant (PA) Register, a matching service for children, adults and older people that need support with everyday living; from personal care to accessing the community.

Are you looking to do extra hours? Do you live locally to SW11??


A Personal Care Assistant is needed to support a 55year-old woman who has functional neurological disorder, fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

She enjoys Movies, knitting and has a great sense of humour.

The ideal applicant would require previous experience caring for vulnerable adults.

Duties will include at all times.

  • Meal Prep preparing meals from scratch and snacks for client


  • Medication

  • Providing medication safely to client several times a day.
  • Household duties / Domestic tasks
  • Personal Care
  • Support client to keep their independence.
  • Monday to Sunday Call outs.
The role can be split between two people if required.

The times PA/Carer will be required are:

  • 9am 45mins
  • 1pm
  • 30mins

- 5pm
  • 30mins
  • 1h r Cleaning a week

DBS & References required (DBS can be carried out at no cost to you)
