WHAT TO EXPECT

We are looking a Technical Co-ordinator to join our Assisted and Automated Driving (AAD) team, forming part of Digital Product Platform (DPP) Tech Centre of JLR.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the AAD Chief Domain Product Owner and their leadership team working closely with the Business Manager and Human Resources driving coordination and progress collaboratively across the function.

Key responsibilities will include:

Support with the business and operational aspects of the department with Human Resource and the Business Manager.
Resource management support on behalf of the AAD Domain across all international sites.
Collating and submission of AAD business requirements by following business processes and representing AAD in regular approvals meeting.
Build and maintain a good working relationship across the AAD Domain Product Owners and Chapter Heads to ensure collaboration and effective business planning.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
As the Technical Project Co-ordinator, you will need to have experience working in a business process or financial environment. You will need to have excellent communication skills both written and spoken. Confidently be able to lead and present complex data to various stakeholders across the department.

ESSENTIAL

High Level of IT skills that include MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, ability to manage multiple changing priorities
Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience working in an Agile organisation
