Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a lovely nursery in Horsham. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in the daily care, education, and well-being of children in our nursery. You will work with a dynamic and supportive team to create a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for young learners.

This Nursery in Horsham is a leading childcare centre dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children's growth and development. Committed to delivering high-quality care and education, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that helps children thrive.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality care and support for children.
Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Foster positive relationships with children and their families.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and organize daily routines.
Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment.
Document children's progress and development.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred.
A genuine passion for working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of child development and early learning principles.
