Are you passionate about supporting children in their educational journey? _

The Supply Room is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work with students aged 4-11 or 11-16 in primary, secondary, or specialist schools across Southampton, Hampshire.

The working hours will be from 8.30am - 3.30pm from Monday to Friday (term-time only).

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the individual learning and development of all students.

The role involves working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive and engaging learning environments.

This is a perfect opportunity for graduates aspiring to become teachers, as well as individuals with experience working with children in a school setting.

This position is ideal for individuals with a background in support or care work, tutoring, sports coaching, psychology, or anyone who is an aspiring teacher (graduates) or those with a genuine interest in helping those with additional needs.

If you have at least one year of experience working or volunteering with children, a genuine desire to work in the education sector, and the skillsets to support children of all abilities, The Supply Room wants to hear from you.
