We're looking for reliable Warehouse operative to be part of our team at The Menu Partners in London. The ideal candidate must be someone looking to prove themselves in a fast-paced environment. They must not be afraid to dive into the daily challenges of working on warehouse operations and this is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants join a fast-growing business.

As a Warehouse Operative you need to work as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.

You will ensure that the operation performs effectively and efficiently on a daily basis and complies with all Legal, Health and Safety, Hygiene regulations and Company Policies.

Job Function:

The purpose of the Warehouse Operative's role is to ensure that the receiving, storage, picking and loading of stock is efficient and timely managed.

You will ensure that the operation performs effectively and efficiently on a daily basis and complies with all Legal, Health and Safety, Hygiene regulations and Company Policies. You will be aiming to deliver a "best in class" facility for operational efficiency.

As a warehouse operative you will be working both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.

Principle Responsibilities:

Following the company's quality standards and complying with food safety at all times.
Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, boxes and shelves inside the picking area.
Maintaining a stock rotation of all goods
Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule
Ensuring quality of produce is upkept for the customer needs
Warehouse porter duties including daily cleaning after use
Follow additional line manager reasonable requests as the business requires.
Adherence to work schedule and attendance policy
Keying sales orders in as required
Assisting the admin function of the business e.g. printing paperwork, processing orders, ordering stock required
