Reed have been engaged to support a local Asset management firm in Fareham who are looking to hire an IFA administrator to join them on a permanent basis to work closely alongside the financial advisors and administrators supporting the new client salesprocess, liaising with Management & Clients to deliver the highest possible service to all.
The role will require initiative and dependability to carry out the key accountabilities and to help the business owners to build on the existing support function.
About the Role:
- Management, monitoring and chasing of business submission through to case completion.
- Produce meeting packs and portfolio reports for client meetings
- Liaise with Director & Advisers regularly with updates of their client business
- Supervise and manage all of your new case submissions to paraplanning ensuring file is complete
- Liaise with Advisers to resolve difficult case queries
- Print and package Suitability Reports for Client meetings
About you:
- Clear understanding of the financial planning process.
- The ability to produce professional work, to support the advice process.
- Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
- Good level of knowledge of investments and Pensions advice.
