    Job Description - R&D Assistant Tax Manager

    • Assist in the development of R&D tax relief claims for a diverse client base.
    • Liaise with clients to understand their tax requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
    • Support the training and development of junior team members.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth of the tax department.
    • Uphold the company's high standards of professionalism and client service at all times.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful R&D Assistant Tax Manager should have:

    • A professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/ATT/CTA)
    • Proven experience in a tax role within the professional services industry.
    • Excellent knowledge of R&D tax relief claims and regulations.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
    • A solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
