    about this team

    Within the Digital team, the Ecommerce function is responsible for creating and executing strategies that deliver a world-class experience for guests on our European websites across 3 languages and multiple currencies. The Ecommerce Campaigns team specifically, ideates and develops digital campaign strategies to suit both commercial and brand objectives.

    a day in the life: what you'll do
    • Act as a central campaign specialist, liaising across multiple functions to coordinate the alignment and execution of Community campaign moments on Ecommerce.
    • Partner with Ecommerce Campaign Team to strategise & implement quarterly campaign plans; focusing on story-telling of community campaign moments.
    • Own the strategy build and briefing of these key calendar moments, utilizing key tools to demonstrate & communicate plans cross-functionally.
    • Liase with key stakeholders, including but not limited to; Creative, Digital Marketing, CRM & Product to manage process flow from kick-off to go live.
    • Build & execute campaign content via SFCC inclusive of conducting quality assurance to ensure content accuracy ahead of go live.
    • Produce reporting recaps via internal team and centralized reporting mechanisms.


    Qualifications, skills & experience
    • Excellent communication & organisational skills.
    • Strong understanding of guest journeys and some knowledge of ecommerce platform capabilities.
