Responsibilities
- As a
Trainee Legal Costs Assistant, you will be responsible preparing Schedules and Bills of Costs, to include Litigation Schedules such as Costs Budgets, Estimates and Statements of Costs for Trial/ Applications. - Negotiation of Legal Costs and Disbursements.
- Issuing Part 7 and Part 8 Proceedings. Making Applications.
- Liaising with Legal Teams_._
