Job Title: Human Resources Advisor

Location: London Cavendish Square, hybrid position part office/part home.

The impact you will have:

This includes co-ordinating new employees and leavers to the organisation.

The role will also require you to be tech savvy, comfortable interacting with technology, skilled analysing and presenting data, have outstanding attention to detail and competent using Workday, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.


Additionally, your focus will be facilitating well-being initiatives, supporting colleague council meetings, employee of the quarter rewards, HR newsletters, employee opinion surveys, merit reviews, workday updates, payroll updates, and running vital staffing reports for line managers and Senior HR colleagues as required.


Ideally, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Working in a central HR team for a large corporate organisation
  • You will currently be in a HR assistant or advisory position, with a CIPD qualification, mínimal level 5 or working towards.
  • You will have up to date knowledge with employee legislation. Including immigration.
  • You will already have some HR Generalist employee relations matters and used to maintaining employee records and employee database reporting.
  • Workday System knowledge is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail, strict professional confidentiality and stakeholder management skills are essential for building impartial credible relationships.
