  • Inclusion, diversity, and equality is close to our hearts and we would welcome your commitment as we create an inclusive environment for everyone.

About Our Charity

Reach is a longstanding charity working across the UK (United Kingdom), alongside a similar charity in Ireland, to provide support and information to parents and their children affected by upper limb difference.

Our Members are integral to everything we do, and we work hard to ensure that every member is valued, supported and encouraged.

Our members are amazing and we shout about their achievements whenever we can.

We share success stories and those 'wow' moments, big and small, to show families just how incredible our children are.

Reach supports over 600 children directly through family membership of the charity and helps new parents and children by providing freely available information and advice.

A vital source of support is provided by 19 volunteer-led local branches who organise events and meet-ups for families.

The charity also organises annual activity weekends, an annual family weekend in October, loan of musical instruments and a bursary scheme for adaptions to overcome the barriers of upper limb difference.

Other information

  • The role is advertised as fulltime, but we would consider 0.8 FTE and consideration will also be given to flexible working.
  • Some weekend/out of hours work will be required.
  • The postholder is required to be DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) cleared.

What will be offer you

  • Healthcare and wellbeing support
  • Auto Enrolment Pension contributions on completion of probationary period
  • 28 days per annum including bank holidays. Increasing by 1 day per annum after 2 years of service up to a maximum of 33 days.
