We are seeking a Team Leader to join the Bradford Homeless Partnership (BHP) services.

This is a full time permanent position with a fixed term contract till 31st March 2024, 35 hours per week, salary:
£27,050.50 per annum.

You will assist the Service Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the services we offer in Bradford. Agile working is required to support the service, which may including working some evening, weekend and statutory holidays. The role:

You will be responsible for supporting the Service Manager in the management of the service to uphold the high standards across the service and to ensure regulatory and contractual standards are maintained.

You will have the skills required to lead, manage, motivate and develop colleagues within a support service environment.

You will have knowledge and understanding of people who have experienced homelessness, poor mental health, offending behaviour and drug/alcohol use.

You will build and maintain strong partnership working with a range of housing providers, support services, statutory and non-statutory agencies.

You will have experience of housing management tasks, including health and safety, repairs and property checks. Please download the Recruitment Pack for more information.
