    Description
    Sunborn London is one of the most prestigious and unique hotels in London.

    We are a Yacht Hotel, providing around 10,000m of beautifully designed floorspace and incorporating elegant guest accommodation, restaurants, leisure areas, conference, and events facilities offering an expansive view of Canary Wharf.

    The Yacht is in Royal Victoria Dock just opposite Excel London.

    Salary:
    £ 43,000 per year + Service Charge + Bonus. Full- time, Permanent

    Manage effectively a 100 seats cocktail bar; 80 seats fine dining restaurant; Direct and oversee all F&B operations across the hotel, from the daily operations to big events such as corporate meetings or weddings.

    Lead and support the Food and Beverage team.

    Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are in place, make sure that all the staff follow the customer service training guidelines.

    Manage guest queries and complaint patiently.
    Follow the budgeted guidelines about Food, Beverage, and Payrolls and liaise with Finance department to generate forecast.
    Have previous experience as F&B Manager within hotels.
    Have deep knowledge about Food Hygiene and all the Health and Safety legislation.
    Great knowledge about Food and Wines.
    Is truly passionate about customer service.
