The Installation Assurance Authority (formerly CIGA) have operated for over 27 years.

As a Group of companies we employ over 50 full time staff and have supported installers and homeowners since 1995.

We provide a quality assurance framework giving homeowners and stakeholders the confidence that insulation work is carried out to the highest standards.

Administrations:


  • Answering telephones as first point of contact, dealing with queries or redirecting as appropriate.
  • To support with incoming training enquires and managing course bookings including joining instructions and follow on communication
  • Booking appointments with home owners and maintaining calendars
  • Maintaining filing systems (manual and electronic).
  • General administration support.
  • Handling inbound and outbound post.
  • Any other duties reasonably expected by your Line Manager
  • Photocopying of documentation.
  • Follow all IAA CS Procedures and processes relevant to your role.

Knowledge, Skills and experience:


  • Good telephone manner.
  • IT literate with excellent keyboard skills, Experience of using MS Office programmes and databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work under pressure, organise and set priorities to meet deadline whilst remaining responsive, calm and attentive to client needs.
  • Flexible and willing to work autonomously within set competences when circumstances require.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record working within an administrative role.

Communication/Relationships:


  • Communicate and work closely with managers and colleagues
  • Keep up to date with new development and changes at The IAA CS
  • Through your work support IAA CS goals and business objectives

Salary:
£21,601.25-£23,279.29 per year
