Events Coordinator

(ALL KPMG UK CONTRACTORS MUST RESIDE AND HAVE PROOF OF RIGHTS TO WORK IN THE UK)
The Global Tax & Legal Programs team are responsible for delivering key business regional conferences.
Working closely with the Program teams, you will assist with numerous administration/coordination tasks to support the delivery of the events pipeline and more.
For example:
- Global event database and accommodation checking information, deal with queries, and produce reports
- Client and network meetings review meeting requests, assign via database, and confirm details to hosts. Liaise with hotel to ensure they have all the information required.
- The individual must be people orientated, efficient, organised, who shows initiative and excellent attention to detail.

You will be required to attend an event in London week commencing 3rd June 2024 (Monday to Friday).
