Client:
Role:
The Sales Ledger Assistant will assist the existing team with a range of duties.
Duties will include:
- Support the sales ledger manager throughout daily tasks
- Allocate daily cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
- Ensure timely collection of balances to reduce company debt
- Chase outstanding invoices and debts via written and verbal communication
- Respond to internal and external enquiries regarding sales ledger
Person:
- Previous experience in Sales Ledger function
- Excellent communication skills across a variety of audiences
- Strong IT skills including advanced Excel, Microsoft and experience using ERP System ideally IFS
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and a commitment to meet tight deadlines
