CM16982 Sales Ledger Assistant | York £20,000 - £25,000 + excellent benefits package & option for hybrid working

Role:

The Sales Ledger Assistant will assist the existing team with a range of duties.


Duties will include:


  • Support the sales ledger manager throughout daily tasks
  • Allocate daily cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
  • Ensure timely collection of balances to reduce company debt
  • Chase outstanding invoices and debts via written and verbal communication
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries regarding sales ledger

Person:


  • Previous experience in Sales Ledger function
  • Excellent communication skills across a variety of audiences
  • Strong IT skills including advanced Excel, Microsoft and experience using ERP System ideally IFS
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and a commitment to meet tight deadlines
