what we need

We are looking for a Consultant with a background in software engineering, working with one or more programming languages.

about you

You're a strong oral and written communicator, comfortable working with senior and junior colleagues alike. You have an organised and productive approach to work. You're able to identify your own growth areas and manage your own development plan.

You have a strong ability to absorb technical/domain information and apply it effectively.

your responsibilities

You'll be responsible for a wide range of activities including:

• Implementing rest APIs over interfaces on Azure/AWS/GCP
• Involved, both in the implementation of new and innovative solutions, as well as the support, maintenance, and improvement of existing solutions.
• Develop custom modules and integrate with third party solutions.
• An understanding of Software Applications.
• Ability to talk to senior non-technical staff

You'll report to one of our Principal Consultants.

Internally you'll be assigned a mentor and a buddy. You'll be working alongside our Principal & Senior Consultants within our Engineering Practice

2. We'll call you

Our Recruitment Team is now on the case. We'll be in touch within 24 hours for a short call (about 20 mins) to discuss you, the role and what you want to do in the future.

3. First interview

Within 48 hours of the initial call we move to the Interview phase. The first is with one of our Heads, it'll be a call, video chat or a face-to-face. We'll dive deeper into your suitability for the role and get into a few more specifics. This will typically last 45mins to an hour.

4. Final Interview

The final interview will be at our Central London office, for this the Head of your team will be joined by one of our Founders. We'll look to see how you'll fit in with the Daemon Team, this will include covering the role in depth and more on the Daemon culture, values and vision for the future.

5. Offer/Feedback

We make a commitment to come back to you within 24 hours after your final interview. This will be with an offer to join the team or detailed feedback as to why you weren't successful this time.
