    ALAÏA Senior Sales Associate (New Bond Street)
    (Permanent, Full-time)

    As an ambassador for Alaia, you have to achieve sales in line with the ambitions of the Boutique and ensure that every Client has an exceptional and unique experience by providing the highest standards of service.

    A key focus for the team is CRM activity and cultivating a loyal client-base for both the brand and boutique.

    Working within the flagship boutique, KPI's & sales targets are of the upmost significance.

    Having the ability to work both individually and as a team will be of great importance when trying to achieve sales within a competitive retail environment.

    Reach targets in line with ALAÏA commercial strategy and sales ceremony
    Efficiently develops the client portfolio, notably through networking outside the Boutique and having hunting in mind all the time
    Asking open questions to engage clients to talk, listening to their needs and getting the right information to make the sale in order to ensure clients return
    Taking part actively in team meetings, events, regular inventory counts and all daily operations as required
    Participate in management of cashier duties to complete a sale
    Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products and trends, collections to tell the story of ALAÏA

    Strong sales techniques and clientelling - must have a strong client base
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is required
