    Fine Watches - Senior Sales Ambassador Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

    The Senior Sales Ambassador provides exceptional experiences for all visitors to the boutique to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets.

    Working together with colleagues, the Boutique Manager and the management team, the Senior Sales Ambassador helps ensure that every client experiences the high level of service worthy of these beautiful timepieces.

    Provide excellent client experiences and timely, pertinent follow-up for both prospective clients and owners (customer service) to achieve sales targets.

    Propose clients for and participate in local activation events in line with the Brand Universe.
    Support colleagues in their sales efforts by assisting in the preparation of invoices, gifts, and packaging.
    Ensure requests and inquiries (online, email, phone) are followed up in a timely manner.
    Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and knowledge of watchmaking savoir-faire.
    Previous sales experience in a luxury retail boutique or hospitality industry.
