Looking for a Registered Manager within domiciliary care for a new branch in Newham.
The company are growing at a good pace and this is their third branch They need the Manager to drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Branch Manager:
- To manage the Carers
- To recruit and manage the office team
- To market and advertise the business in the private sector
- To also work closely with local authorities
- Identify areas to grow the branch
- Remaining focuses on quality and compliance
Registered Branch Manager Requirements:
- MUST have NVQ Level 5 or RMA Award
- 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
- Commercial awareness
- Responsive
- Attention to detail
