- Responsible for scheduling, tracking, and verifying tasks handled within the studio, acting as the link between US and UK teams.
- Prioritisation of tasks and ensuring briefs and explanations are provided to Developers and Designers (both projects and maintenance).
- Own and maintain the production schedule, assigning requests to appropriate resources, liaising daily with the project/account management team on resource requirements.
- Manage daily workflow of project requirements to creative and development teams and freelance resources as required, ensuring time is logged accurately and promptly.
- Establish and plan for future resource needs and recruiting permanent and contract resources as needed.
- Optimise efficiency and productivity of all studio resources, ensuring capacity is maximised.
- Manage and develop the communication flow, processes and infrastructure between the studio and project management team.
- Ensure quality assurance (QA) process is implemented on all projects, ensuring all work is quality controlled by the appropriate people before client receipt.
- Manager maintenance accounts – main contact for day-to-day maintenance requests (not client facing), including seeing requests through from submission to final approval and producing monthly maintenance status reports.
- Confident, with excellent communication and relationship skills at all levels.
