IT Support Engineer - Godmanchester

£28, hour working week


The role:


Working for a highly professional and progressive IT Managed Services company, you will be required to cover customer sites, delivering support services as part of the Managed Services agreement.

Providing on-site desk support for end users, assisting withhardware, software and network-related issues.


Responding to incidents and service events, you will be focussed on providing excellent customer service and making all customer contact a positive experience.


Duties include:


  • Desktop support
  • Printer support
  • Helpdesk support and call management
  • Laptop and PC builds


  • Office Application Support

  • MS Office
  • Telephone and mobile administration

Skills required:


  • Office 36
  • MS Active Directory
  • Laptop/Desktop support
  • Print Management
You will be a self-starter with good communication skills. Highly motivated and focussed on service delivery.

Able to provide a professional approach, you will be driven to enhance the team and keen to learn and develop.

Experience in an ITIL based and customerfacing environents an advantage
