MONDAY TO FRIDAY (_One Saturday in 4 will be a requirement of the position.)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT

International CPC
3 years' experience working in a Transport office role
Experience of planning / routing software
Experience of telematics software

Brief description of duties below:

1. _PreBrief and dispatch drivers
2. _Supervising driver's daily duties
3. _Debrief Drivers / Loaders
4. _Monitor routes for cost / time saving measures
5. _Liaise with CRM team over customer issues
6. _Telematics
7. _Ensuring all reports & paperwork are accurate
8. _Monitor defect sheets. Action, Record, File.
Report on daily issues, and monitor KPI's
Ensuring all driving personnel have correct PPE
