Reed Business Support are assisting our clients search for a
Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Northampton.

The role is full time 40 hours per week, with a shift pattern including some weekend work, and will be based onsitein their centre.

All applicants must have full UK driving licence.
Duties will include;

Welcoming customers to the centre, offering refreshments and ensuring high levels of customer service throughout
Supporting customers through browsing process
Checking in customers who arrive to pick up their purchase
Handing over purchases to customers
Assisting with post sales issues
Upselling / soft selling products such as warranty etc
Building rapport with customers to resolves any complaints quickly

Skills required;

Customer obsessed and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Excellent face to face communicator
Previous experience if successfully working in high end retail, hospitality or concierge roles
Previous experience upselling / soft selling or being comfortable to do so
