Reed Business Support are assisting our clients search for a
Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Northampton.

The role is full time 40 hours per week, with a shift pattern including some weekend work, and will be based onsitein their centre.


All applicants must have full UK driving licence.
Duties will include;

  • Welcoming customers to the centre, offering refreshments and ensuring high levels of customer service throughout
  • Supporting customers through browsing process
  • Checking in customers who arrive to pick up their purchase
  • Handing over purchases to customers
  • Assisting with post sales issues
  • Upselling / soft selling products such as warranty etc
  • Building rapport with customers to resolves any complaints quickly
Skills required;

  • Customer obsessed and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent face to face communicator
  • Previous experience if successfully working in high end retail, hospitality or concierge roles
  • Previous experience upselling / soft selling or being comfortable to do so
