Description
Reed Business Support are assisting our clients search for aCustomer Service Specialist to join their team in Northampton.
The role is full time 40 hours per week, with a shift pattern including some weekend work, and will be based onsitein their centre.
All applicants must have full UK driving licence.
Duties will include;
- Welcoming customers to the centre, offering refreshments and ensuring high levels of customer service throughout
- Supporting customers through browsing process
- Checking in customers who arrive to pick up their purchase
- Handing over purchases to customers
- Assisting with post sales issues
- Upselling / soft selling products such as warranty etc
- Building rapport with customers to resolves any complaints quickly
- Customer obsessed and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent face to face communicator
- Previous experience if successfully working in high end retail, hospitality or concierge roles
- Previous experience upselling / soft selling or being comfortable to do so
