The role
An exciting opportunity is available to join London Stansted Airport as the Transformational Lead. In this role, you will be leading Project Portfolio Prioritisation and Management for Transformation Projects during a period of substantial growth. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure that technology systems meet current and future operational needs, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
What will make you successful in the role?
To excel as the Transformational Lead, a strong operational background in transformational environments is crucial. Change management expertise, especially in complex settings, is essential. Additionally, a good grasp of technology transformation is required to collaborate effectively with the product technology team. Building strong stakeholder relationships and fostering a continuous improvement mindset are also key to success in this role.
