Up to £50k DOE
The office is based in Maidstone, Kent but they are happy for this to be a hybrid role. There is a requirement to work one day a fortnight in the Maidstone office.

My client is a global advertising company who is heavily committed to their internal use of Agresso (Unit4 Business World) Software globally.

They are now looking for an experienced Project manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join their team
This position is ideal for someone with project management or software delivery skills, looking to make their next step.

Where you will get the chance to experience a variety of different projects, work with a dynamic team, in a global business.

You will lead the implementation of the software projects, working closely with the Software Development Teams, Support Teams and Product specialists

You will be comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders at all stages of the project life cycle, developing a good working relationship being responsible for effective and timely communication.

You will have experience or at least knowledge of accountingprocesses and terminology. You will deliver projects to the agreed requirements, timescales, and budget, displaying the highest level of professional standards.
Essential Skills

  • Good understanding of project management methodologies, governance procedures and the software development lifecycle.
  • A track record of consistently delivering on time, on budget, and to high quality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively externally and internally at all levels.
  • An understanding of accounting systems and accounting terminology
  • A passion for technology.
  • Project Reporting
  • Process mapping
  • Working Knowledge of Project Lifecycle
  • Excel/Word/Visio (intermediate level)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Report Writing
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable

  • Background with Financial, Accounting or ERP Software projects
  • Accreditation in widely used project management methodologies such PRINCE2, Waterfall, Agile, PMP, etc.
  • Experience of working with Agresso Unit 4
A background in systems design, development, and implementation.
