Description

This role will be responsible for the delivery of our clients' recruitment activity, building strong working relationships with a wide range of external providers such as job centres, colleges, universities and charities to build awareness of the wide range of available vacancies within the business.

The position will involve regular travel to other sites within the London area.

£32,500K PLUS BONUS

THE ROLE

Understanding the recruitment demands of the branch network and how they feed into the overall workforce plan, building trusted relationships
Contacting local providers such as Job Centre Plus, Colleges and Universities to identify ways to promote current vacancies, attending local recruitment events and supporting regional attraction campaigns
Identifying which attraction initiatives work within their designated region and how this could be maximised
Supporting the branch with the completion of face to face interviews
Analysing the compliance pipeline against the branch demand forecast
Identifying any issues with the recruitment process and reporting these back to the Regional Recruitment Manager along with solutions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience in working in a busy fast paced environment with a proven track record in recruitment is desirable
A background in sales and events marketing would also be considered relevant
Highly organised with the ability to multi task and deal with constantly changing priorities
Good computer skills with knowledge and experience of using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Database management experience, preferably gained using an applicant tracking system
