Remote HR Advisor (Change Management)£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
6 Month FTC
Full Time
This is a remote position which will require occasional travel to sites across the UK
Ashley Kate HR are working closely with one of our clients as they look to recruit for a Full Time, Interim HR Advisor on a 6 Month FTC.
Do you have experience managing employee relation cases and redundancy consultations?
About this role:
- Work closely with the HRBP to assist with areas such as redundancy consultations and TUPE-Out
- Provide first line support to managers within the business
- Using the HR systems to prepare and run reports
- Handle varied ER cases
- Being involved in the development of the redundancy process
HR Advisor - About you:
- Change management experience is essential i.e. redundancy, TUPE etc.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational skills
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
