We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

  • Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records

Salary:
From £23,874.00 per year
