The hotel is now actively looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Maintenance Team.

The ideal person will have experience in all aspects of property maintenance and is looking to move to the worldwide recognised brand of Hilton.

The person will also be able to demonstrate great customer service skills, a friendly and positive attitude and ensure customer expectations are pro-actively met with a high level of attention to detail.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Maintain the internal appearance of the hotel to a high standard.
Complete duties as per daily maintenance list carry out preventative maintenance as needed.
Respond to all enquiries promptly.
Carry out maintenance work ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all tasks.
Follow COSHH regulations, in particular the storage of hazardous substances.
Follow planned preventative maintenance programmes
Ensure good relationships with internal and external customer contractors.
Attend additional training suitable to the role.

Eligibility

In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.

Hours: 37.5 hours
