Client Manager - Ilford, Somerset, United Kingdom - Armstrong Knight
Description
The firm boasts a diverse portfolio of clients' from smaller owner-managed businesses through to leading regional organisations, providing dedicated support and advice in all aspects of their clients' accounting, business and taxation needs.
Taking full responsibility for your own client portfolio, the successful candidate will proactively manage client expectations whilst focussing on excellent quality of service, responsibilities will include:Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Preparation of management accounts
Advising clients on bookkeeping and accounting systems and controls
Provide Sage support and training to client including advising on Sage installation
Preparation of personal and corporate tax computations
Calculation of tax liability for individuals and companies
Management of client audits (although this is not essential it can be incorporated into the portfolio)
Skills and Qualities
The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified and will have gained a number of year's post qualified experience working within the accountancy profession.
Experience of managing your own portfolio of clients would be beneficial along with knowledge of management accounting, business advisory service, accounts preparation, taxation and potentially audit.
The business can offer an element of flexibility for client work dependent upon experience, however additional training and support will also be provided.
