    Competitive salaryMon to FriWeek 1: 6AM - 1400PMWeek 2: 10AM - 6PMCall out at 1 week in 5 with standby payment plus weekly use of van and 4 hours minimum paid if called outHere at ISS as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management Engineer (FM) providers are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team dedicated to their client's Production facility in Southampton by the docks.

    The site consists of corporate offices and Production buildings which are critical to their UK operation in the production for components in the military aerospace sector.

    Here, you will work with another engineer to complete planned and reactive maintenance across Mechanical and Electrical systems, plus minor fabric repairs.

    We can consider Electrical or Mechanical backgroundsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a developing Engineer to advance their career working for a world class employer on a fast paced and challenging siteActions will include:

    Responsibility for PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded.

    Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.
    To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.

    To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.

    Issue of Permits to Work.

    Ensure that all equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteriaWe need from you:
    Mechanical and/or Electrical qualifications plus some maintenance experience
