    Job Title: MotorVehicleTechnician
    Location:Chilwell Nottingham NG94AJ
    Salary: Upto depending on experience) plus bonus and great companybenefits.
    Workinghours: Monday Friday 8.30am5.00pm

    Theyare looking to recruit for their multi franchise ChilwellDealership are on the lookout for a qualified Technician to jointheirteam

    Thisexciting new opportunity will allow you to service and repairvehicles in a safe and economical manner employing your skills andknowledge as may be required including the ability to diagnosefaults with the minimumsupervision.

    Assuch they require a selfmotivated individual who is able to usetheir own initiative to work alongside our existing team in theirbusy servicedepartment

    Responsibilitieswillinclude:
    • Toobserve recognise and report on vehicle or component defects orsymptoms of impendingfailure.
    • Toexamine vehicles completely and report orally or in writing uponthe vehicles condition safety and reliability and performance(MOT).
    • Toprotect all vehicles under repair against damage and to inspecteach vehicle for damage and cleanliness upon completion ofrepair.
    • Toattend recognised courses of instruction as and when required andto assist in the training of apprentices uponassignment.
    • Toalways seek permission before fitting parts to customers vehiclesthat have not been previously authorised and to return parts forwarranty and customer inspection at alltimes.
    • Toensure all service and maintenance sheets customer defect reportsmanufacturer paperwork and electronic documentation e.g. PDI sheetsare fully completed and signedoff.


    Requirements

    TheIdeal candidatewill:
    • Level3 recognised qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance they canconsider someone with Level 2 if they have goodexperience
    • Experiencein diagnostics and usingcomputers.
    • Afull UK drivinglicence.
    • Apositive right first timeattitude.
    • Astrong team playermentality
    • Theability to work to a very highstandard.
    • Goodcommunicationskills.

    The Ideal candidate will: Level 3 recognised qualification in LightVehicle Maintenance, they can consider someone with Level 2 if theyhave good experience Experience in diagnostics and using computers.A full, UK driving licence.
