- Support productivity within the Image Processing department, ensuring that production and quality standards are met, resulting in efficient processing of customer orders within specified lead times.
- You'll have the ability to adjust workload priorities for the team, make decisions independently, and work autonomously. Additionally, you'll provide training assistance to all team members.
- In addition, you'll also monitor productivity within the Logo Administration team, ensuring that staffing levels, processing efficiency, and quality targets are appropriate and consistently met.
- You'll excel at prioritising tasks amidst a heavy workload, displaying confidence in decision-making, and working independently to ensure accurate maintenance of customer orders and files.
- Stand in for the Admin and Image Processing Supervisor during absence and holiday with support from the Logo Ball Manager.
- Be able to self-manage their workload and co-ordinate with other departments.
