    We have a fantastic newly created opportunity for an impact focused Product Director to join our top-notch product leadership team You'll own our Exchange Product Area focused on search features, payments and two-way communication to build a true two-way marketplace set up.

    Your background reflects this. You'll be responsible for driving product strategy, overseeing the development roadmap, and executing initiatives throughout Checkatrade. You'll manage a team of product managers and establish and empower a professional product management discipline. We are on an exciting mission to be the trusted foundation of every home.

    We are looking to growth ten-fold, and you'll play a key role in preparing us for this growth through delivery of end-to-end experiences helping customer to get most value when using Checkatrade.

    Where do you fit in?
    You'll report directly to the CPO, joining a high impact team of product leaders at Checkatrade.

    You'll set, own and drive Growth Product vision and roadmap as well as OKRs together with Engineering, Design, Data and Commercial counterparts.

    You'll be an inspirational leader skilled in building strong Product Management functions. You'll train and invest in your team and wider PM function, establishing processes required to develop products efficiently. You'll prioritise product decision and launch products in line with company goals and vision. You'll be highly collaborative working together with your stakeholders to make cross functional, strategic trade-offs. You'll empower product managers to think strategically, problem solve and work effectively to get things done. This is a growth product opportunity that requires experience across acquisition and engagement. Could that be you?
