    As the Marketing Manager for Trade Show and Events, you will be responsible for developing the strategy and execution of trade shows and events. Your role involves overseeing all aspects of event logistics, from initial planning to on-site execution, ensuring a seamless customer experience and post event result analysis. Collaboration across internal and external stakeholders is crucial to achieve event objectives and enhance the company's brand presence and marketing objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Event Planning:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for trade shows and events.
    • Ensure a memorable and engaging customer experience.
    • Organize networking opportunities, seminars, and other supplementary activities related to the event.
    • Manage lead generation results to analyze ROI and effectiveness of each event.
    Logistics Management:
    • Oversee booth design, setup, and dismantling.
    • Coordinate venue selection and secure vendor contracts
    • Coordinate on-site support for seamless experience
    Qualification
    • Proven experience in coordinating and planning trade shows and events, preferably on an international scale.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with coworkers, managers and customers.
    • Proven experience in coordinating and planning trade shows and events, preferably on an international scale.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with coworkers, managers and customers.
    MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proficient English writing and speaking
    • Advanced in Microsoft Office suite of applications
    • Product launch experience is strongly preferred.
