- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for trade shows and events.
- Ensure a memorable and engaging customer experience.
- Organize networking opportunities, seminars, and other supplementary activities related to the event.
- Manage lead generation results to analyze ROI and effectiveness of each event.
- Oversee booth design, setup, and dismantling.
- Coordinate venue selection and secure vendor contracts
- Coordinate on-site support for seamless experience
- Proven experience in coordinating and planning trade shows and events, preferably on an international scale.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with coworkers, managers and customers.
