    Regional Head of Finance – Domiciliary Care Services

    Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

    Compass Corporate services are partnering with a leading national Domiciliary Care Organization to hire a Regional Head of Finance based in Southampton. The organization consists of regional care companies, established in 2013, operating in over 100 locations across the UK, with a team of more than 6,000 care and support professionals. They deliver personalized care services to individuals with diverse needs, promoting independent living. This role offers a great opportunity to build a career with a well-established, respected, and growing provider of domiciliary health and social care services in the South of the UK. The Group is affiliated with a large global company rapidly expanding in the UK, aiming to be a top brand in care services.

    The Role

    The selected candidate will directly report to the Ops Director, holding overall leadership responsibility for the finance functions in the region. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, the Regional Head of Finance offers crucial insights into the financial performance to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include supporting the business planning & reporting cycle, strategic plans, budgets, outlooks, and forecasts. This full-time role requires a highly motivated, analytical team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a passionate and growing team, be proactive, and show initiative, with a focus on long-term growth.

    Requirements

    • Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
    • Extensive senior-level accountancy experience
    • Experience in team management
    • Excellent communication and strong leadership skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
    • Previous experience in the care sector is advantageous

    Location

    The Head office is situated in Southampton, requiring full-time on-site work.
