- Routine maintenance and service of smoke ventilation & fire damper systems at commercial sites.
- Diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical faults.
- Liaise with clients on site and produce service reports to document work carried out.
- Overtime available in the week and on weekends (paid at double time on Sundays).
- Will hold a level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent).
- Not essential but ideally will hold any of the following or equivalents, 2391 certificate, IPAF License and/or ECITB Card
