    Job Title: Field Service Engineer
    Location: Commutable to Wirral
    Salary: £38,000-£42,000 + OT + Benefits

    Position Overview: As a Field Service Engineer, your role involves meticulous service and maintenance of various pumps and rotating equipment. This includes planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and on-site training for customers. You should be professional, skilled, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct service and maintenance, focusing on pumps.
    • Execute planned maintenance promptly.
    • Provide on-site and workshop-based installation and validation services.
    • Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair activities efficiently.
    • Deliver on-site training to customers on product usage and maintenance.
    • Be the main contact for customers, representing the company positively.
    Qualifications:
    • Apprentice trained or minimum 5 years in the pump industry
    • Minimum level 3 City and Guilds qualification
    • 18th Edition or equivalent
    • UK Driving License
    • Good understanding of pumps and rotating equipment
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
