As Sales Consultant, you'll be an integral part of their team, serving as a brand ambassador and helping clients find the perfect jewellery pieces that resonate with their most treasured moments.

Responsibilities:

Maintain exceptional standards in customer service and product knowledge.
Optimize stock presentation, merchandising, and promotional displays to enhance sales potential.
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with management to surpass profit targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Handle various administrative tasks, including consultations, returns, repairs, and workshop related activities.
Play a pivotal role in executing aftersales activities, strategically fostering a loyal customer base and cultivating a network for sustained return business

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 2 years' luxury retail experience, ideally within the jewellery industry.
Proficiency in interacting with highend clientele is advantageous.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Proactive team player with problemsolving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrates flexibility to meet changing role expectations, operating both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team setting.
