Our client is seeking a Building Manager/Caretaker to join their team based in a residential development in Walthamstow.The role includes duties such as:
- Monitoring CCTV footage
- Refuse collection
- Reporting maintenance issues to the Property Manager
- Liasing with residents
- Patrolling the building
MUST HAVES:
- SIA License
- Residential experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Fantastic communication skills
JOB SPECIFICS:
- Hours: 84pm (73pm on refuse collection days)
- Monday
- Friday
- Salary: £26K£28K depending on experience
- Location: Walthamstow
