What you will be doing...

HR Administrator - Overseas, based at Holiday House, Leeds City Centre.

HR Administrator
  • Overseas will
- _ Take Responsibility_ for providing efficient, accurate and timely administrative support encompassing all areas of generalist HR across the business. This role will be responsible for providing support to our Overseas colleagues.
What will you do in the role?
You will be responsible for producing all HR-related documentation to the required standard, including employment contracts, variations to contract letters and regular HR Process communications such as Pay Reviews


You will also:

  • Update and maintain colleague files ensuring all records are up to date
  • Highlight any discrepancies to your relevant stakeholder
  • Work within defined timescales and agreed SLA's

What are the key skills/experience you'll already have?
Our

-
HR Administrator
  • Overseas will
have proven experience working within a process-driven, automated, administrative environment


You will also:

  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Be able to work with your own initiative and with high attention to detail
  • Have knowledge of MS office packages including Word and Excel
  • Additionally, If you are a Spanish Speaker, this would be beneficial but not essential
