Summary:
- The company is a reputable manufacturer of technology products that are distributed into the corporate sector, with a strong historical reputation in the live events industry.
- We are now seeking a personal assistant to assist the CEO and Operations Manager, based out of the London office.

- Your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Assisting the CEO with administrative tasks.
- An overflow to the Order Processing Team.
- Lowlevel Social Media and Marketing tasks.
- Tasks to support this role include.
- Administration of Salesforce for the CEO when necessary.
- Ad hoc Executive Assistant duties for the CEO when necessary.
- Collating Monthly reports from the Technical, Operations and Sales Team.
- Providing Weekly Reports from Salesforce and our internal systems.
- Scheduling regular meetings with marketing publications in AV.
- Hosting guests in the London Showroom.
- Managing social media (LinkedIn and Twitter) channels with content from HQ and local.
- Helping our HQ marketing team with AV publication submissions, collating information from the team and sending this on to HQ.
Administrative Support -:
- Tasks to support our Administrative Assistant include.
- Potential overflow and holiday cover for the administration team.
- Assisting with updating the Sales Summary Document.
- Processing customer purchase orders using Unleashed inventory software.
- Responding with order confirmations for orders.
- Relaying shipping dates and keeping customers up to date on changes.
- Clear communication skills are necessary as the role is at the hub of the team.
- Adaptable to the needs of a challenging marketplace.
- Excellent keyboard skills and proven experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good level of PC skills. Support will be provided for learning the specific systems used by the company.
- Good working knowledge and experience of using Salesforce CRM software
- Professional approach to problemsolving.
- An agile Selfstarter, who is a team player, wanting to establish or develop their reputation in the AV Industry.
- Confident and professional when addressing customers.
- Keen to grow and develop. Personal development programmes are an important part of the UK team.
